Friday, 7 October 2022 – Early Registration and Social – Infinity Center Pre-Function Area and Bugatti Room, Holiday Inn Longview - North
• Registration Open at 6:00 PM
• Reunion Room Open 6:00 – 8:00 PM
• Bar and Restaurant open until 10:00 PM
Friday, 7 October 2022 – LHS Lobo Football vs Forney
• ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $8.00 per ticket – we will purchase tickets and have at Registration for Pick-up
• Class will have seats together on Home Side • Game starts at 7:30 PM
Saturday, 8 October 2022 – LHS Class of 1972 Billy Writt and Henry Salmon Memorial Golf Tournament 50 Year Reunion – Wood Hollow Golf Club - McCann Road
• ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $50.00 per player – actual cost is $40, but Dee Claybrook wanted to get some prizes, so an additional $10 surcharge
• Sign In – 8:30 AM • Play starts at – 9:00 AM
• Presentations made at the Reunion Dinner
Saturday, 8 October 2022 – LHS 1972 Class Music Trivia – Bugatti Room, Holiday Inn Longview - North • Marty Baumgardner is hosting and sponsoring this event.
• Starts at 2:00 PM - until Marty runs out of trivia
• Prizes to be awarded - so study up on the music from the 60s including all genres, so be listening to SiriusXM 60s Gold, Heart & Soul, Soult Town, and Willie’s Roadhouse.
Saturday, 8 October 2022 – Reunion Dinner and Dance – Bugatti Room, Holiday Inn Longview - North
• Registration Open / Reception – 5:30 – 6:30 PM
• Class Photo Promptly at 7:00 PM - followed by groups • Plated Dinner Begins – 7:30 PM (bar available to buy drinks)
• Must make meal selection as part of registration:
o Hot rolls and butter; house salad with Ranch or Italian, Roasted Red Potatoes, Braised Giner baby carrots, Sugar Free or Chocolate Mousse desert, Ice Tea, and Bottled Water.

• This is the company that we have engaged to take our Reunion Photos, which at this time consists of the Registration on Friday, 7 Oct 2022, and the Reunion Dinner/Dance.
• The are offering the opportunity to purchase and Event Highlight Film of video snippets from the Dinner and Dance main event on Saturday evening (as well as any other events selected for optional photography coverage) to culminate in a 2-4 minute Highlight film recapping the fun and memories of the LHS Class of '72's 50th Class Reunion and includes opportunities for classmates to say a few words to the camera.
• They will have a sign-up sheet for individuals who want to receive the photos and (optional) Highlight Film to fill-out their names, preferred delivery option, and mailing/email address.
o Free delivery via a digital, emailed, downloadable link.
o Cost for DVD's will be $15 each. - All photos and the (optional) Highlight Film will be burned to DVD and mailed to any classmate who signs up for this option.
